Art Therapy is a vibrant cultural hub, inspiring creativity and mindful living in a unique setting.

It has been an incredible journey combining artistic talent with a passion for healing for Rabee Younes, the visionary behind Art Therapy. Born in Jordan to Lebanese parents and raised in Canada, Rabee's life has been a mixture of cultural experiences that have spanned the globe, from the United Kingdom to Paros Island.

From Fashion Photography to Healing Arts

Rabee's career began in fashion, where he spent 16 years capturing style through photography and short film. Despite having achieved significant milestones at an early stage in his career, Rabee felt an inner emptiness that led him to search for a deeper meaning in his work. This quest led him to spiritually rich destinations including India and Nepal where he discovered new dimensions of creating and healing.

Rabee curates a diverse collection of artworks, selecting pieces that harmonise with the island's distinctive Cycladic charm and ecological considerations.

He found a place that resonated with his newfound sense of self when he landed in Paros with nothing more than a suitcase. It was here that he began conducting workshops that combined art and healing practices. This was the foundation of what would become Art Therapy. The gallery came about organically after he had completed a course in miracles that was perfectly in line with his vision.

A vibrant community space that celebrates creativity and mindful living, Art Therapy is more than just an art gallery. Rabee curates a diverse collection of artworks, selecting pieces that harmonise with the island's distinctive Cycladic charm and ecological considerations. The gallery's mission goes beyond aesthetics to inspire sustainability and environmental awareness through art.

Inspiring Sustainability Through Art

The idea is to engage artists to create works that address important issues, such as water conservation, and to present these issues in an engaging and thoughtful way.
This approach aims to inspire and educate visitors without overwhelming them.
